OVR Business Services

The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation’s (OVR’s) Business Services team can help you, as an employer, meet your hiring needs, free of charge. Through ADA and disability sensitivity trainings, as well as support with reasonable accommodations and assistive technology requests, OVR is also your resource for ensuring your workforce is successful and inclusive.

Pre-Apprenticeships

Apprenticeship is a proven workforce solution that can help employers throughout Pennsylvania address increasingly complex workforce challenges. Apprenticeship programs can help employers recruit, train, and retain a talented high skill workforce.

Establishing a pre-apprenticeship program creates a direct connection to an existing apprenticeship program and delivers both hands-on and instructional-based learning. A pre-apprenticeship program provides pre-screened, ready-to-work employees trained specifically for your need.
